Lovely house at the Plantation (24×7 gated community) on St. George Island with obstructed but still great ocean views from living/dining/kitchen area and decks. Across street from the beach. Beach access by boardwalks is about 3-4 min walk from the house. You will need to cross street in front the house, turn on the right or left, pass 2-4 houses and you are on the boardwalk. Short distance to the Clubhouse with tennis court, and two large swimming pools with lounge chairs & umbrellas. Another huge swimming pool with hot tub and lounge chairs and umbrellas is also available for our guests. Enjoy both sundecks and screen porch, watch the birds, and listen to the relaxing sounds of the beach, while taking in the refreshing breeze.
This 4 bedrooms / 3 bath, three story house is great to accommodate up to 10 people. Three tennis courts, two huge community pools, awesome bike/walk trails and pristine maritime forests on the island, known as Nick’s Hole Cove are available for you. The Plantation features some of North Florida’s most breathtaking scenery, with beachfront dunes, the beautiful vegetation includes palmettos, deer moss, rosemary, etc. No high rises or chain stores, no crowd. Our Island is known as a serene and pet-friendly vacation paradise. Welcome to The Paradise!
